Job Description

The Member Experience Specialist (MES) is responsible for delivering a fun and meaningful experience to our members and guests during each visit. This includes greeting members in a friendly manner, creating personal connections, ensuring timely problem resolution, organizing equipment, and maintaining cleanliness. The MES team also promotes the VASA Fitness culture, sells memberships, drives upgrades, and conducts tours for guests and members.

Operational Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates a genuine and friendly attitude towards guests and members. - Greets guests and members warmly with eye contact and a courteous tone. - Anticipates and fulfills guest and member needs by providing clear direction, accurate information, and support through technology. - Familiar with membership plans, pricing, amenities, add-on options, and class formats. - Provides club tours, sells memberships, assists with upgrades, and books personal training consultations. - Actively seeks to improve the guest and member experience by sharing feedback with leadership and collaborating with the team to implement ideas.
