Compensation: Base rate of $15.00 per hour + $2 to $4 per hour in commission eligibility for memberships and personal training sales
Job Description
At VASA Fitness, the Member Experience Specialist (MES) is responsible for delivering an uplifting experience for every member and guest, ensuring an exceptional level of service during each visit. This includes creating personal connections, maintaining a clean environment, reporting issues promptly, and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of the club. The MES team plays a key role in creating a great first impression of VASA Fitness, promoting memberships, driving upgrades, and providing tours to guests and members.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate genuine, kind interactions with guests and members, including greeting them with a smile and providing clear direction and support.
- Be familiar with membership plans, pricing, amenities, and class formats to provide accurate information and support during club tours.
- Consistently seek ways to enhance the guest and member experience by sharing feedback with leadership and collaborating to implement improvements.
- Execute daily responsibilities to VASA's high standards, including guest and member check-in processes, cleaning, restocking merchandise, and processing sales.
