We are seeking a dedicated Medication Tech to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Medication Care Manager, you will be responsible for administering medication and treatments to residents while upholding our commitment to providing top-quality care and promoting the highest degree of service.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
• Document medication administration and resident care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and Sunrise Senior Living policies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members.
• Participate in risk management, safety procedures, and quality assurance programs.
• Contribute to team success through training and engagement programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED and relevant certifications.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain calm in challenging situations.
