Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN
We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights:
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
