Field Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Field Technician to represent DISH in our customers' homes daily. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering TV and Smart Home solutions, providing an outstanding customer experience, and consulting homeowners on their endless smart home possibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TV and Smart Home solutions to customers' homes.
• Provide outstanding customer service ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Consult homeowners on their infinite smart home possibilities.

Requirements

• Aptitude to build rapport quickly and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to work at heights, including ladders up to 40 feet, and in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift over 70 lbs.
• A valid driver's license in the state of employment with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards.
• Willingness to travel as required.
