Job Description
The Certified Personal Trainer position at VASA Fitness offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about health and fitness. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients on their health and fitness journey, embodying our UPLIFT values, and fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Acquisition of new and retention of existing clientele, including scheduling and delivering complimentary PT sessions for existing VASA members.
- Facilitating and adjusting exercise programming to fit the exact needs of each client, creating a supportive and connected community for all clients.
- Interacting with members, clients, and guests in a friendly, energetic, and inclusive manner, demonstrating consistency in appearance, safety protocols, and cleaning activities.
Benefits
- Base pay is $13.75 per hour. Average pay is $19.00 per hour.
- Client Training Session Range: $22.00 - $33.00 per hour. Semi-private Training Session Range: $44.00 - $66.00 per hour.
