Job Description

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and monthly updates.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents by adhering to safety rules and regulations.
• Offer life enriching activities and assist with dining needs while maintaining high hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
