VP- Real Estate Development and Marketing

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Real Estate Development to join our team at Parker Ranch Inc. Reporting directly to the CEO, this senior executive role requires a strategic thinker with a commercial mindset to drive realizations from our land portfolio and enhance lease income.

Responsibilities

• Lead real estate development projects, focusing on master-planned communities and various product types.
• Manage land acquisition, divestment, and net operating income targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with county and state regulations for housing and long-term care facilities.

Requirements

• Prior experience in real estate development, with a deep understanding of industry economics.
• Proven track record in managing capital budgets and achieving business objectives.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Passion for Hawaii and the Big Island is a plus.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive salary in the range of $175,000 to $200,000 annually, with potential for additional compensation and benefits.
