Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will have the rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality care and services to seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role involves building meaningful relationships with residents, assisting with daily activities, and creating a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to residents with activities of daily living.
• Monitor and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the management team.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure residents' well-being.
• Promote a safe and nurturing environment for residents while upholding hospitality standards.
• Engage residents in enriching activities and life skills to enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work well in a team.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required in some states.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
