2nd Shift LPN - Shift Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift LPN - Shift Supervisor to join our team at Hope Network Behavioral Health. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will oversee medical care, manage the med room operations, and coordinate care needs with external medical entities. Your role will involve working Monday through Friday from 2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm with occasional weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Model and teach exemplary care to floor staff.
• Assist nursing team with dispensing, monitoring, and evaluating client medications.
• Provide training and assistance in residents' activities of daily living.
• Act as a liaison with medical providers, residents, and staff.

Requirements

• Active State of Michigan Practical Nurse Licensure (LPN).
• Prior experience in a residential setting is preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
