Job Description

Our warehouse operations ensure that products are properly received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our growing number of customers. Our hardworking teams operate in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas and undergo thorough training and safety programs for success.

Responsibilities

  • Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
  • Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse based on product handling guidelines.
  • Sort, organize, and strategically load merchandise for shipment while unloading incoming shipments.
  • Perform general cleaning and participate in taking warehouse inventory counts.
  • Cooperate and interact effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
  • Provide input to warehouse management to improve processes and inspect product for quality and safety concerns.
  • Independently act and decide within the delegated area of responsibility and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
  • Perform all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policy and procedures.
  • Follow ergonomic program and operate equipment according to safety guidelines.
  • Notify management regarding product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

Frequently lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights. Move merchandise from warehouse stock and prepare products for store deliveries. Sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse. Continuously work in varying temperatures and safely operate powered industrial equipment.
