Job Description

ALDI is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to efficiently fulfill orders received from stores, relocate merchandise, prepare shipments, and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards. This position requires the ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and impact to the stores.
• Adapts positively to pressure, setbacks, and change.
• Delivers excellent performance and supports a collaborative working environment.
• Makes decisions, stays organized, and maintains compliance with ALDI standards.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
