Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Universal Banker to join the team at International State Bank of Raton. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various financial transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and recommending appropriate financial solutions based on customer needs. Your primary focus will be on building strong customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of the branch.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with a wide range of financial transactions and inquiries.
- Open and manage both consumer and business accounts, recommending additional services.
- Cross-sell banking products to enhance customer relationships and meet sales targets.
- Adhere to all banking regulations and procedures to ensure a secure and compliant environment.
- Support the branch by providing excellent customer service and promoting a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, new accounts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage range: $16.00 - $18.00.
