Job Description: Unit Manager - LPN

We are looking for an experienced Unit Manager - LPN to join Genesis HealthCare, a leading provider of healthcare services. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality and cost-effective health care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes, patient/family satisfaction, and employee engagement on the assigned unit.

Position Highlights:

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain safe nursing care.
• Provide guidance and supervision to unit staff.
• Identify staff educational needs and develop training plans.
• Oversee medication management in compliance with company policy.
• Deliver direct patient care to maintain skills.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses.
• Minimum one year of nurse management experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
