Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position, based in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital, offers a Day shift opportunity from 8:00am-4:30pm.
Job Summary
As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families. Your responsibilities will include addressing common problems such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to various aspects of medical care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required. Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred.
- LGSW certification needed.
