Social Worker - Full-time
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position based in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital offers a day shift from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Job Summary
As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, discharge planning, and counseling related to death and dying.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred
- LCSW-C certification preferred
- LGSW certification
