Job Description
LifeBridge Health is currently seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a full-time Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and their families, addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychosocial assessments and clinical social work services.
- Assist patients/residents and families with diverse challenges and issues.
- Engage in counseling related to different life situations and prepare discharge plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification required.
