Job Description
We are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various challenges such as adjustment issues, financial concerns, family relationships, end-of-life support, and discharge planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
- Offer support and counseling to patients, residents, and families.
- Address common problems related to health, aging, and institutional living.
- Assist with discharge planning and end-of-life support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
- Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) preferred.
- Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) qualification.
