Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a full-time member of the team, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, addressing various challenges they may face in a healthcare setting. This role involves assisting individuals and families with institutional living adjustments, financial concerns, family relations, medical understanding, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and end-of-life counseling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) required.
- Master's degree in Social Work preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification.
