Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Nurse to join our team at Juliette Manor in Berlin, Wisconsin. As an RN Clinical Nurse (Skilled), you will provide specialized, evidence-based nursing care in a patient-centered approach. Collaborating with the inter-professional team, you will contribute to delivering compassionate and safe care that meets the high standards of ThedaCare.

Key Accountabilities

• Utilize evidence-based practice to assess patient needs and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the highest quality of care and clinical outcomes.
• Demonstrate clinical expertise in the assigned specialty, ensuring age-appropriate and culturally specific care.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction while maintaining quality.
• Promote a professional environment that fosters mentorship and development.
• Consult and collaborate with physicians and team members to enhance patient care.
• Proactively manage risks and handle emergencies effectively.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Physical Demands

• Ability to move freely and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and good manual dexterity for patient care.

Work Environment

• Exposure to various hazards like sharp objects and toxic chemicals.
• Frequent standing and walking, potential exposure to communicable diseases.
• Contact with aggressive patients may occur occasionally.
