Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RN Poison Information Specialist (Uncertified) to join our team at Denver Health. In this role, you will provide phone consultation and education to consumers and healthcare professionals regarding human and animal exposures to various substances, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status through direct questioning and history evaluation.
• Offer first aid and treatment recommendations to the public and healthcare providers.
• Document calls accurately and maintain quality standards.
• Provide information to the public and complete necessary surveys.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree and less than 1 year of experience in a medical setting.
• Active RN license issued by DORA.
• Strong computer skills, excellent communication, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing demands, work efficiently, and meet tight deadlines.
