Retail Merchandiser

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team at CROSSMARK. As a Reset Merchandiser, you will be responsible for efficiently rearranging store products according to a new plan, ensuring successful completion of resets and adherence to planograms. The role involves effective communication with store personnel, implementation of retail schematics, and timely reporting of completed tasks. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work collaboratively with clients and follow company policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform store tasks efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Report all completed retail tasks accurately and on time.
• Communicate effectively with store personnel and clients.
• Implement retail schematics and merchandising materials.
• Participate in team tasks onsite with clients.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with schematics and shelf conditions.
• Complete timely and accurate reporting of recaps, expenses, and timesheets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Access to internet, printer, phone, and reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance if using a personal vehicle for business.
• Ability to work in a retail store environment with travel requirements.
• English language proficiency; bilingual skills may be required.
