Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team at Marriott Atlanta managed by Dimension Hospitality. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the restaurant's daily operations, maintain quality standards, and drive profitability. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop financial and operational plans to support company objectives.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, analyze performance, and take corrective actions.
  • Ensure product and service quality standards are met through evaluations and corrective measures.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue.
  • Manage human resources functions for employee motivation, training, and compliance.
  • Establish maintenance and security protocols to protect assets and ensure safety.
  • Enhance communication systems and develop customer satisfaction programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of dining room management experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and practices.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.
  • TIPS certification and Food Safety certification required.
