Job Description

City Experiences' passion is to provide amazing experiences on land and water. The Restaurant Manager (Front of the House) will oversee all activities of the dining cabin and galley to ensure high-quality food, hospitable customer service, and profitable operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and shipmates as per the RESPECT Service System (RSS)
• Lead by example and maintain professionalism and integrity
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing restaurant shipmates
• Operate restaurant systems and ensure accurate cash handling
• Create staffing schedules within budgeted guidelines

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of restaurant experience in a high-volume setting
• Supervisory experience required
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
• TIPS Certification and ServSafe Certification preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
