Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, a part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in our Renal Dialysis Program, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to end-stage renal disease patients in a supportive and innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide competent and proficient nursing care to a variety of complex patients.
- Deliver clinical direction to staff members and ensure adherence to healthcare policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve patient outcomes and professional growth.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license required (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 12 months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification and CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired with willingness to lead and supervise staff.
