Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health. In this part-time role with a weekend commitment, you will be responsible for providing innovative and urgent treatment to end-stage renal disease patients. The position involves caring for complex patients, advancing professional growth, and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical patient care for a shift of patients.
- Provide clinical direction and supervision to staff members.
- Maintain adherence to healthcare policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, CMS, and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Valid Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, with specific experience in med surg, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
