Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, a leader in providing innovative treatment for end-stage renal disease patients. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, including those requiring acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis. This part-time position with a weekend commitment offers the opportunity to work day shifts from 5:00am to 1:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical care and supervision to patients according to healthcare policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and promote professional growth.
- Demonstrate competency in handling complex patient cases with compassion and efficiency.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience with a focus on med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
