REGISTERED NURSE - RN - SKILLED NURSING FACILITY

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility in Concord, NH. In this role, you will provide patient care support, working closely with healthcare providers to ensure top-notch care delivery. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of previous nursing home experience.

Requirements
