Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assess and identify health or safety issues in individuals, families, or communities.
• Maintain detailed patient records and monitor vital signs.
• Modify patient care plans based on responses and conditions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.
• Administer medications, educate patients on health, and provide aftercare instructions.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree required.
• BLS and RN licenses required.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use and patient care administration.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in emergency situations.
