Job Description
We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to support our Wakefield and Woburn Day Programs. As a member of the clinical interdisciplinary team, the RN will provide healthcare services to assist individuals in attaining and maintaining an optimum level of wellness throughout their lifespan. This is a full-time position (30 hours/week) with no on-call, nights, or weekends required, working a rotating schedule between the two locations. The rate of pay is $38.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring the health and well-being of individuals supported in the program.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the PCP, ensuring adherence to regulations.
- Providing direct support to individuals as needed.
- Maintaining medication books and member medical files to ensure program compliance with all regulations.
- Assisting with lifting and transferring members who have physical challenges as needed.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current Massachusetts license.
- The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Successful completion of a background check including references, CORI, and fingerprinting.
