Job Description

Medicus, through our affiliate Optimum Permanent Placement Services, provides exceptional permanent placement services to medical facilities throughout the United States. As a Recruiting Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients identify and secure top medical professionals for full-time positions, and partnering with medical professionals to align them with opportunities that best match their skillsets.

In this role, you will drive the full recruitment cycle, establish and maintain long-term relationships with medical professionals, partner with our clients to fulfill their permanent staffing needs, and develop and execute recruitment strategies to fill full-time openings across multiple medical specialty areas. Additionally, you will negotiate contractual terms with clients, analyze market trends, and achieve key metrics that support the revenue goals of Optimum.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full recruitment cycle, including recruiting and building relationships with qualified medical providers nationwide.
  • Qualify, present, and recommend candidates that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Coach candidates through various stages of the interview process, managing client expectations.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to fill full-time openings, such as cold calling, networking, posting jobs, and targeted searches.
  • Build ongoing relationships with clients across the country through travel, video calls, and phone calls.
  • Negotiate contractual terms with clients and achieve key metrics that support revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of recruiting or sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and pivot quickly into different recruiting projects.
  • Effective communication and rapport-building skills with decision-makers at hospitals and medical providers.
  • Desire to increase earnings based on performance.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
