Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to ensure effective care management.
• Establish outcomes-centered plans for timely and progressive care.
• Operate at the top of your license and appropriately delegate care amongst the clinic team.
• Drive consistent and predictably positive outcomes for patients.
