Job Description
Join a passionate team dedicated to providing exceptional care to an infant Pediatric home health patient in the NW Las Vegas/Summerlin area. We are seeking a Pediatric RN with Vent Experience to work day and night shifts, building quality relationships while ensuring top-notch care.
Responsibilities
- Participate in patient assessments and care plans development.
- Provide patient and family education on disease processes and care needs.
- Collaborate with care teams, including physicians and supervisors.
- Mentor and educate co-workers.
- Document and report changes in patient conditions.
- Communicate effectively with patients' families, friends, physicians, and clinical directors.
- Complete all assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Must have Ventilator Experience.
- Current RN licensure in Nevada.
- 1 year of recent RN experience in a supervised setting.
- Current CPR certification.
- Negative TB/PPD or recent Chest X-Ray.
- Successful skills assessment completion.
