We are seeking compassionate and experienced Pediatric Registered Nurses with Vent Experience to join our dedicated team. As part of our home healthcare services, you will be responsible for providing quality care to pediatric patients aged from infants to 18 years old. This rewarding role involves building relationships with patients and families to ensure their well-being and comfort.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in developing comprehensive assessments and care plans.
- Provide patient and family education on care needs and disease processes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
- Engage in educational programs related to patient population.
- Mentor and educate colleagues.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions.
- Effectively communicate with patients' families to provide support and advice.
- Update medical conditions to physicians and clinical directors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in Nevada.
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in the last 3 years.
- Current CPR certification.
- Negative TB/PPD test within the last 12 months.
- Successful completion of skills assessment.
