Responsibilities:

• Participate in patient assessments and care planning.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Collaborate with care teams.
• Mentor and educate colleagues.
• Record and report changes in patient conditions.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in Nevada.
• 1 year of recent RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency Program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Negative TB/PPD or chest X-ray within the last 12 months.
• Skills assessment specific to experience.
