Job Description
We are looking to hire a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide essential nursing care to patients in adherence to regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining a safe care environment. You will be part of a dynamic team working in a modern 17,000 square foot Emergency Department equipped with the latest technology to deliver top-quality care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat certifications within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
Unit Details
The Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center is designed to offer a comfortable and efficient patient care experience. With 29 private treatment rooms, a dedicated providers' station, and advanced equipment including a CT Scanner, the department ensures prompt and personalized care for all patients. The facility also features negative pressure rooms for infectious disease isolation and a specialized pod for behavioral health crises.
