Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with protocols and standards. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans, collaborating with staff and physicians, and maintaining clinical competency to deliver quality care.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with standards and protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
- Ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS (within 6 months), PALS, Hazmat (within one year), CEN preferred.
- Completion of orientation as per policy.
