Job Description

Zillow Home Loans is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to join our rapidly growing origination team. As a ZHL Mortgage Loan Officer, you will have access to leads on-demand, enabling you to focus more on client relationships and less on marketing and branding. This role emphasizes providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and ensuring compliance throughout the loan process.

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans and guide clients from inquiry to close.
• Offer outstanding customer service through timely follow-up and courteous communication.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with customers and partners.
• Analyze clients' needs to ensure compliance and maximum satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members, sharing best practices and ensuring loan structures for fulfillment partners.

Requirements

• Active NMLS Loan Originator with multiple state licenses.
• 20-hr SAFE Pre-licensing Education completion and passing of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test.
• 1+ years of mortgage sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products with a preference for financial/business background.
• Strong communication skills and passion for client relationships.
• Motivated by uncapped income potential and success in a phone sales environment.

Employees must live within 75 miles of the designated ZHL branch location in Irving, TX.
