Job Description

City Experiences is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for the Mid Atlantic Region based in our DC office. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in executing marketing plans, promotions, and communications for Northeast cruise products, collaborating with marketing, sales, and business development teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support Regional Marketing Director in local execution of marketing plans and promotions.
  • Coordinate grassroot promotions, events, and loyalty marketing efforts.
  • Design, print, and relocate marketing collateral across regional ports.
  • Maintain on-site directional signage and assist in promotional events.
  • Oversee local website content and partner websites for accuracy.
  • Organize marketing materials, maintain content library, and assist with event listings.
  • Assist with social media influencer program, budget tracking, and vendor contact databases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field.
  • Required to work in the office 5 days per week.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in design platforms, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Excel.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Collaborative, with project management and multitasking abilities.
