POAH Communities is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, be knowledgeable of laws and regulations, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety, security, and comfort for residents, visitors, and staff.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
- Coordinate make-ready repairs and services.
- Keep grounds clean and neat.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in apartment maintenance.
- High School diploma or GED required. HVAC certification preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and automobile insurance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
- Knowledge of hand and power tools.
