Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team part-time at Joyce University. The ideal candidate will be proficient in multiple trades, have strong problem-solving abilities, and work effectively both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities include repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the campus facilities are in optimal condition.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance tasks for campus facilities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Inspect facilities regularly and address maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of repair and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors on projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance roles.
• Proficiency in trades like carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
