LSRT PRN - Urgent Care

Job Description

OnPoint Medical Group is seeking an experienced LSRT to join our urgent care team. This position is PRN and located in our urgent care centers across Aurora, Lone Tree, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, and Castle Pines. As an LSRT/MA, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care while performing X-rays and medical assistant duties. Our primary goal at OnPoint Medical Group is to ensure the health and wellness of our members and their families by providing access to a comprehensive menu of medical services from one unified physician group in their neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient chief complaint and vital signs prior to them being seen by a provider.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Prepare rooms, sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
• Perform lab tests, EKGs, X-rays, and other functions as directed by the provider on duty.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the entire center.
• Maintain daily quality control functions including X-ray, drug counts, lab testing and equipment.

Requirements

• LSRT certification and Medical Assistant training.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar job function.
• BLS certification.
