Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying suitable patients and referring them for rehabilitation services as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Ensure adherence to state practice guidelines and obtain necessary medical orders for treatments.
• Complete all documentation requirements in compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant recognized by the APTA.
• Hold a current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the applicable state.
