Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients and referring them for rehabilitation.
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with state practice guidelines and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Hold a current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
