As a Lead Teacher, you will implement curriculum, design engaging activities, supervise children, and maintain positive relationships with parents to ensure a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.
Essential Functions:
- Implement curriculum within guidelines.
- Design and implement daily lesson/activity plans.
- Supervise children and classroom activities.
- Conduct ongoing evaluations of each child.
- Maintain program site and required records.
- Participate in program activities and staff training.
Requirements:
- Meet NH state educational and experience qualifications.
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Obtain CPR/First Aid/AED and Child Abuse Prevention certifications within 30 days.
- Complete health form within 30 days of hire date.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in developmental child settings.
