As a Lead Teacher, you will implement curriculum, design engaging activities, supervise children, and maintain positive relationships with parents to ensure a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.

Essential Functions:

  • Implement curriculum within guidelines.
  • Design and implement daily lesson/activity plans.
  • Supervise children and classroom activities.
  • Conduct ongoing evaluations of each child.
  • Maintain program site and required records.
  • Participate in program activities and staff training.

Requirements:

  • Meet NH state educational and experience qualifications.
  • Be at least 21 years old.
  • Obtain CPR/First Aid/AED and Child Abuse Prevention certifications within 30 days.
  • Complete health form within 30 days of hire date.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in developmental child settings.
