As part of our commercial clients' sites maintenance crew, you will be responsible for providing high-quality fertilization and weed control services. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional work on all jobs.
- Perform production within budgeted labor hours and material budgets.
- Stock and prepare truck with necessary products and supplies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Diagnose turf problems and propose solutions.
- Generate new leads and enhancements.
- Maintain required licenses through continuing education.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with clean record.
- Current applicator license.
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Proficiency in using job management and fleet software.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
