Responsibilities

• Performing full audit cycles to evaluate operational effectiveness and compliance.
• Developing annual audit plans for approval.
• Analyzing accounting documentation to detect inaccuracies and compliance concerns.
• Presenting audit findings and proposing solutions.
• Providing independent advice to management.
• Identifying risks and recommending cost-saving measures.
• Collaborating with management, external auditors, and regulators.
• Conducting audits, reviews, and implementing new policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of auditing experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of auditing principles and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
