Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate and provide administrative support to the HR department.
• Post and maintain job openings on various platforms.
• Source and screen potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate further assessments.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Handle employee onboarding and maintain HR documentation.
