Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at BCI Construction INC. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR compliance. Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes and talent acquisition efforts.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding procedures and ensure a seamless transition for employees.
  • Provide support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and the company's employee handbook.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR databases.
  • Assist in developing HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
  • Contribute to HR system development and enhancement.
  • Handle benefits administration tasks, including enrollment and changes.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources principles and employment laws.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in HR Management preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and ATS databases.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience is preferred.
