About Us: A&W Restaurants Inc. is seeking a dedicated Field Trainer to join our team and contribute to the success of our franchise partners. As a Field Trainer, you will be responsible for executing training programs, enforcing company standards, and fostering positive relationships with franchise partners and their teams.
Responsibilities
- Execute strategic plans focusing on operational excellence and superior guest service.
- Train franchisees and restaurant staff on operating procedures and compliance.
- Act as a brand ambassador and contribute to team projects and initiatives.
- Develop and manage training resources in digital and traditional formats.
- Facilitate training during A&W University for management training.
- Coordinate training for new restaurant openings and on-site Brand Refreshers.
- Provide operational support during new restaurant openings.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of training experience in various settings.
- Strong operational skills in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and developing managers.
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and ServSafe certification.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and creating digital training content.
- Ability to travel up to 90% of the time within the USA.
